Saving Grace Homecare is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide high-quality, non-medical in-home care to clients. Caregivers support clients with daily activities, promote safety, and enhance quality of life while following individualized care plans and Medicaid program guidelines.
Responsibilities & Duties

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide mobility assistance and help with transfers
Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping related to client care
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with medication reminders (no medication administration unless certified and authorized)
Monitor and report changes in client condition to the office
Accurately document services and time worked using required timekeeping systems
Follow client care plans and agency policies
Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report hospitalizations, cancellations, or incidents immediately
Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment
Qualifications
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred (but not required)
Ability to pass criminal background check and registry screenings
Must complete agency orientation and training
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
Authorized to work in the United States
