We provide non-medical in-home care services including personal care, companionship, assistance with daily living activities, and support that helps clients remain safely in their homes.
Yes. Saving Grace Homecare participates in Georgia Medicaid Waiver programs. Services must be approved through Medicaid before care can begin.
The Medicaid Waiver approval process is handled on the client’s behalf by a case manager or state agency.
Once approved, the case manager sends an authorization to Saving Grace Homecare outlining the approved services and hours. We cannot start services until authorization is received.
Approval timelines vary depending on the program, eligibility, and state processing. Your assigned case manager can provide the most accurate timeline.
No. Medicaid requires written authorization before services can be provided or billed.
We strive to provide consistent caregivers whenever possible. However, coverage may vary due to availability, scheduling, or client needs.
If a client is hospitalized, services must be paused, as Medicaid does not allow billing during hospital stays. Please notify us immediately so services can resume appropriately once the client is discharged.
Referrals can be sent directly to our office at admin@savinggracehomecare.com along with the client’s authorization, care plan, and approved service hours.
Services begin once we receive all required documentation, including Medicaid authorization and a signed service agreement.
We maintain ongoing communication with case managers regarding attendance, changes in condition, hospitalizations, and service concerns.
